At the heart of our approach is a commitment to thorough and comprehensive evaluation. We understand that every individual is unique, and that's why we take a holistic view of health that encompasses all aspects of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Our comprehensive evaluation process goes beyond just addressing symptoms—we strive to uncover the underlying root causes of your health concerns. Through detailed assessments, comprehensive medical history reviews, and advanced diagnostic testing, we gain a deep understanding of your health status and identify areas for improvement.

By taking a thorough and systematic approach to evaluation, we can develop targeted treatment plans that address your specific needs and goals. Whether you're struggling with chronic health issues, seeking preventive care, or looking to optimize your overall wellness, our comprehensive evaluation process ensures that we have a clear roadmap for achieving your health objectives.

Natural, Integrative, and Functional Care

We believe in the power of natural, integrative, and functional medicine to promote health and wellness from the inside out. Rather than simply masking symptoms with medications, we focus on addressing the underlying imbalances and dysfunctions that contribute to poor health.

By embracing a functional medicine approach, we aim to restore balance and optimize function in your body's systems, promoting long-term health and well-being. Our goal is not only to treat disease but to find the root cause.

If you could leave our listeners with a tidbit of information, advice, something to encourage them to pursue their own self growth journey to improve their health, their wellness, what would you say to them? So we've talked about all the different therapies that we do. And so the first step, if they're thinking about doing something different, if they're thinking about or are feeling unsatisfied with where they're at in their health or unsatisfied with the response that they've gotten from the medical community, well, then go to my website first, which is because we've got a lot of information out there. I have a lot of videos out there that talk about all the different conditions or symptoms going on and how I would look at that differently. So get exposed to someone who does do it differently to figure out, is that the road I want to go down? Does that feel like that's the right fit for me? That's the the different approach that I need. But I want to encourage you all to work with someone who empowers you and listens. Because my new patient, yesterday, that was one of the things she kept saying, gosh, I'm so emotional here. I'm getting so emotional. And I said, Well, I hope it's a good emotional. She's like, no one will listen to what I'm saying. And she got some validation for the symptoms she was having both physical and mental, where she had been in the emergency room several times. She had been doing a lot of work already and she just felt like she kept getting brushed off, like it wasn't really real. You need to be working with someone who's actually going to listen. And as we talked about through this whole time as well, it's not about, oh, you have this symptom here, do X, Y and Z. It is not a generic protocol. And there's a lot of different clinics who just do that. You fall into this bucket. So this is what you do. This is what we do for everyone. Where every single time I meet a new person, I'm trying to listen to find the clues, to figure out what do they need? That's how we individualize the care. Because everyone doesn't need everything and everyone can't start doing everything. Sometimes we have to start smaller. And that's all okay because it's their health journey, not mine. But we have to figure out what they need. So make sure you're being heard and make sure that you're getting empowered. Because as I mentioned before, medications don't make you healthy, supplements don't make you healthy. We have to heal and repair the body to get the body healthy. So it is the wrong thought process that society has taught us, take this for this and then we're healthy. Or going for that annual physical. And then they didn't find disease. And now by default, you think you're healthy? I guarantee you're not, because the absence of disease is not health. You have to work on normal body function to say you're healthy. And that's a really different approach. It's a very different approach than traditional medicine. That's why I'm so fascinated and in love with the complementary and alternative medicines. Because they listen to the patient, they can work individualistically. They aren't a cookie cutter, but they're offering alternative therapies. And it's not just the pharmaceutical. A bandaid. Put on anything. Just here's a pill. Try this. So I love this approach. I agree.
