Improved Circulation

Foot detox methods often involve soaking the feet in warm water, which can help improve blood circulation to the feet and lower extremities.

Some individuals report that foot detox treatments help reduce swelling and alleviate discomfort in the feet and ankles, particularly after a long day of standing or walking.

Enhanced Energy Levels

Advocates suggest that foot detox treatments may help boost energy levels and reduce feelings of fatigue by eliminating toxins and promoting better overall health.

Stress Reduction

The act of taking time for self-care and pampering the feet can help reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being.

How you just described that makes me think about our foot detox baths. We use an ionic energy to help open up pores to detox the body a little bit. It's not super powerful. It's very gentle, but it just helps open up pathways and through the pores of the feet to facilitate getting rid of some toxins. And it's amazing. What I'm amazed about is how much people love that. That's a very gentle way to help get toxins out of the body, all over the body. The ISIS helps to remove that metabolic debris through the glymphatic system in the brain. And that's super cool.
