Holistic Medicine

Holistic medicine is an approach to healthcare that considers the whole person in the quest for optimal health and wellness. It emphasizes the importance of addressing underlying imbalances and treating the root causes of illness rather than just alleviating symptoms.

Lifestyle Nutrition

Lifestyle nutrition focuses on using diet and lifestyle modifications to promote health and prevent disease. It emphasizes the importance of whole, nutrient-dense foods, balanced macronutrient intake, and personalized dietary approaches tailored to individual needs and goals.

Weight Loss

Weight loss programs aim to help individuals achieve and maintain a healthy body weight through a combination of dietary changes, increased physical activity, behavior modification, and support. These programs may include personalized meal plans, exercise regimens, coaching, and monitoring to help individuals reach their weight loss goals.

Bioidentical Hormones

Bioidentical hormones are hormones that are chemically identical to those naturally produced by the body. They are often used in hormone replacement therapy to address hormonal imbalances and alleviate symptoms associated with menopause, andropause, or other hormonal conditions.

Vitamin IV Therapy

Vitamin IV therapy involves the intravenous administration of vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream. This method bypasses the digestive system, allowing for faster and more efficient absorption of nutrients. Vitamin IV therapy is often used to boost energy levels, support immune function, and promote overall health and wellness.

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy, also known as low-level laser therapy or photobiomodulation, involves exposure to low levels of red or near-infrared light. This non-invasive therapy has been shown to promote tissue repair, reduce inflammation, alleviate pain, and improve skin health.

Ozone Therapy

Ozone therapy involves the administration of ozone gas to the body for therapeutic purposes. It is believed to have various health benefits, including improved oxygenation, enhanced immune function, and increased antioxidant capacity. Ozone therapy may be administered via various routes, including intravenous, intramuscular, or topical applications.

Metabolic Testing

Metabolic testing involves assessing an individual's metabolic rate, energy expenditure, and nutrient utilization to gain insights into their metabolic health and efficiency. This information can be used to customize dietary and lifestyle interventions for weight management, athletic performance, or metabolic conditions.

Foot Detox

Foot detox methods involve soaking the feet in a solution or using special foot pads to draw out toxins from the body through the feet. Proponents claim that foot detox treatments can promote detoxification, relaxation, and overall well-being, although scientific evidence supporting these claims is limited.

Pulsed Electromagnetic Field

Pulsed electromagnetic field therapy involves the use of electromagnetic fields to stimulate healing and promote overall health. This non-invasive therapy has been shown to have various effects on the body, including pain relief, improved circulation, and enhanced tissue repair.

Transcranial Electrical Stimulation

Transcranial electrical stimulation involves the application of electrical currents to the brain for therapeutic purposes. This technique is used to modulate brain activity and has shown promise in treating various neurological and psychiatric conditions, improving cognitive function, and enhancing mood.

Body Composition

Body composition analysis involves assessing the relative proportions of fat, muscle, water, and other tissues in the body. This information can be used to evaluate overall health, track changes in body composition over time, and customize dietary and exercise recommendations for weight management and fitness goals.

Hyperthermic Ozone Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology

Hyperthermic ozone carbonic acid transdermal technology (HOCATT) combines hyperthermia, ozone therapy, carbonic acid therapy, and other modalities in a single treatment session. This innovative therapy is believed to promote detoxification, immune support, pain relief, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Can you teach us a little bit about the services you offer and even how you are able to encompass everything together to help people feel better? My practice is Discovery Health Healing Center, and we're a healing center because I offer a variety of different services to try to meet where that person's needs are. And every single one of the modalities that we do here or a service that we provide is so that people can connect with us wherever they're at with their health journey. Since 2013, I've been doing one on one consultations, but my ultimate goal is figuring out the person's why, figuring out the cause. Each of the services that fills my center does the same thing, but in a different way. It's all about cellular health and helping the body to have what it needs filled. Deficiencies get rid of toxicities, therefore we get rid of inflammation. And then symptoms start to change and diseases start to reverse.
