HOCATT, or Hyperthermic Ozone and Carbonic Acid Transdermal Technology, is a multifaceted wellness system that integrates several therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive benefits for the body. Here are the various therapies contained within HOCATT and a brief overview of what each therapy does:

  1. Hyperthermia Therapy:Hyperthermia therapy utilizes a specialized sauna-like chamber to induce controlled and localized heat stress on the body. The elevated temperature promotes sweating, which aids in the elimination of toxins, supports circulation, and can contribute to weight loss efforts.

  2. Ozone Therapy:Ozone therapy involves the administration of ozone gas to stimulate and enhance the body's natural healing processes. Ozone has antimicrobial properties, improves oxygen utilization in tissues, supports immune function, and can aid in detoxification.

  3. Carbonic Acid Therapy:Carbonic acid therapy involves the application of carbon dioxide gas dissolved in water to the body. This therapy helps improve blood circulation, supports tissue oxygenation, and has a vasodilatory effect, promoting relaxation and stress reduction.

  4. Photon Light Therapy:Photon light therapy utilizes specific wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular activity. Different colors of light can have various effects, such as promoting collagen production, improving skin tone and texture, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall skin health.

  5. Essential Oil Aromatherapy:Essential oils are used in HOCATT to enhance the therapeutic experience and provide additional benefits. Aromatherapy can promote relaxation, alleviate stress, uplift mood, and contribute to an overall sense of well-being.

  6. PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Therapy:PEMF therapy involves the application of electromagnetic fields to the body. This non-invasive therapy can help improve circulation, reduce inflammation, support tissue repair, and contribute to pain relief.

  7. Exercise with Oxygen Therapy (EWOT):EWOT combines mild exercise (there is not an exercise component to HOCATT), typically on a stationary bike, with the inhalation of higher levels of oxygen. This therapy aims to increase oxygen delivery to the cells, support cardiovascular health, and enhance stamina and endurance.

Each of these therapies within the HOCATT system works synergistically to provide a comprehensive approach to wellness. By combining heat, ozone, carbonic acid, light, aromatherapy, PEMF, and exercise with oxygen therapy, HOCATT aims to support detoxification, improve circulation, boost immune function, promote relaxation, rejuvenate the skin, and enhance overall well-being.
