  3. Infections: Bacterial or viral infections can cause gastrointestinal problems like diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain.

  4. Stress: Stress can have a significant impact on the digestive system, causing symptoms like nausea, stomach cramps, and diarrhea.

  5. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): IBS is a chronic digestive disorder that can cause abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, or constipation. The exact cause of IBS is not known, but stress, certain foods, and hormonal changes can trigger symptoms.
