Transcript:

It sounds like you offer a lot of individualized therapies and a lot of very specific therapies. And you had mentioned in the beginning that you can provide a wellness plan for people that might include your weight loss, nutrition, lifestyle programs or just overall health and well being. How do you go about doing those plans and what do you try to incorporate within those?Right, so I guess I would use a different word than plans only from we're making a care plan, we're being strategic at what that person needs the most. That plan may be different for every single person who comes in.As we started and I talked about the one on one consultations that I do, that's where I find out what's going on with this person medically, what are they on for, medications, what are their top symptoms, what's going on?And many times that person is coming for overall improving their health and learning about food and weight loss. And sometimes food, even though they may becoming for thyroid or autoimmune disease, and I'm working with them a lot on that.Food is the mainstay. They have to get better on food. They have to start drinking more water, they have to start getting in real foods and of all fast food. And every person is on a different level with that.

About the author

Dr. Kelly has 25 years of expert medical experience caring for the sickest of the sick people in critical care (including ICU, Heart surgery, Heart & Lung transplant surgery, as well as cardiology). She is a clinical specialist who has taken care of and trained others to care for the critically ill/the elderly and developed many screening and preventative programs to help improve the health of the population. The reality is that most people just don't have to be that sick. or stay that sick. So, Dr. Kelly decided to change the focus of the care she provided: to prevent, reverse and restore the health of individuals.
