This is the first step in becoming a patient with Dr. Kelly and Discovery Health Healing Center.
After you have completed this transaction, look for an email to register and activate your personal patient account. Once in your private patient portal you will be asked to complete a medical history questionnaire and other consents (takes about 15-20 minutes). After you have completed the transaction and activation of your account, a Discovery Health Healing Center team member will call to schedule your New Patient Appointment.
